Shipping policy

Nella Nova Collection has an order processing time of 5-10 business days and a shipping time of up to 5 business days dependent on the shipping method you select at checkout. For all customized unit orders, there is a 10-15 business day processing time. Tracking information will be sent as orders are processed.
